Terms and conditions for using XiaoFlow.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the XiaoFlow platform or utilizing our API endpoints, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable global regulations.
2. Scope of Service
XiaoFlow provides search metrics, keyword trends, and domain intelligence. Metrics provided are estimates and should be used as one of many factors in your SEO or SEM decision-making process.
3. Usage Restrictions
Users are strictly prohibited from: (a) Attempting to scrape data using automated scripts outside of the official API; (b) Reverse engineering our models; (c) Redistributing our data commercially.
4. Resource Allocation & Credits
Platform access is governed by Compute Units (Credits). Credits are consumed per query. XiaoFlow reserves the right to adjust credit costs to reflect changes in upstream API pricing.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
Subscription tiers are billed in advance. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard settings.
6. Intellectual Property
The XiaoFlow interface, proprietary data visualization algorithms, and brand assets are the exclusive property of XiaoFlow. Users retain ownership of their search history.
7. Limitation of Liability
XiaoFlow shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of our services. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or search ranking improvements.
8. Governing Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which XiaoFlow operates. Any disputes shall be subject to the local courts.
9. Third-Party Data Sources
XiaoFlow utilizes data from various third-party sources, including the Google Ads™ API. By using our service, you acknowledge that XiaoFlow is a third-party tool and is not affiliated with Google LLC. Users must also adhere to Google's own terms and policies when utilizing data sourced from their platforms.
