10. Etsy Features & Acceptable Use
Etsy shop and listing lookups consume platform credits as described in pricing. Automated scraping of Etsy.com outside our official API integration is prohibited. Reselling raw Etsy API data or misrepresenting XiaoFlow as an official Etsy product is not allowed. Sellers who connect via OAuth grant XiaoFlow permission to read and refresh shop data solely to provide analytics within this platform.
11. Termination, Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
XiaoFlow reserves the right to suspend or terminate service access for any user who violates these Terms, abuses system resources, or engages in unauthorized data extraction. These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which XiaoFlow is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
